The Sterilight® SV50 Light Commercial System offers 50 GPM disinfection, with 2" MNPT inlet/outlet connections on a 316 L stainless steel reactor. System comes equipped with an LP HO amalgam based UV lamp with a 2 year life, a UV sensor and CoolTouch fan to reduce elevated water temperatures. The controller offers an intuitive interface with easy to read LED indicators.

  • The SV50 is Certified by the USEPA to a higher standard than NSF under the USEPA UVDGM 2006 protocol
It is strongly recommended (by all UV manufacturers) for maximum efficiency of your UV Sterilization, that you pre-filter your water with a 5 Micron sediment cartridge.

Do not connect plastic pipe or tubing directly to the UV system because the UV light will break down plastic over time. The best way to make the connection is with Dielectric Unions that allow for a connection from stainless steel to copper, that will not corrode.
