Sterilight® Cobalt "PLUS" 32 GPM Ultraviolet Water Sterilizer System

The Cobalt™ "PLUS" line of disinfection systems incorporate high-output UV lamp technology coupled with efficient axial flow reactors. This modular line of UV disinfection systems incorporate a UV intensity monitor for conditions where water quality is unknown and/or a monitoring system is required. In flow rates of 8-40 gpm (30.3-151.4 lpm), these systems are ideally suited for commercial/industrial, point-of-entry applications with high flow rates and constant flow demands. Using high-output Sterilume™-HO coated low pressure germicidal UV lamps, these systems provide an economical way of treating water requiring a 99.99% reduction in bacteria and viruses.

It is strongly recommended for maximum efficiency of your UV Sterilization that you pre-filter your water with a 5 µ sediment cartridge.

Do not connect plastic pipe or tubing directly to UV system because the UV light will break down plastic over time. The best way to make the connection is with Dielectric Unions that allow for a connection from stainless steel to copper that will not corrode. We have dielectric unions available in ½", ¾" & 1" sizes.
