Cabinet Shell, Top and Access Panel
Double wall, blow molded polyethylene. Front access panel is removable without tools for easy access to filters. Rough measurement for access cavity is 11½" W × 15" H × 4½" D).
Access Panel is the lower third of the front of cooler.
Available in white only.
Drip Tray
High impact, UV-protected polystyrene color matched to the cabinet. Tray is removable for easy cleaning.
Frame
Rigid, non-corroding, plastic base and mid-pan attached by four galvanized steel tubular struts. The frame design allows for easy maintenance and refurbishment.
Cold Water Reservoir
Type 304 stainless steel. External copper refrigerant coil. Reservoir insulation is a removable, two-piece polystyrene jacket.
Cold Water Thermostat
Temperature is controlled by an adjustable thermostat with an "Off" position.
Refrigeration Unit
Convection cooled condenser. Internally spring mounted, hermetically sealed compressor with automatic overload protector. No lubrication needed. Environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant is controlled by calibrated capillary tube.
Capacity *
Cooler provides .7 G.P.H. (2.3 L.P.H.) of 50°F (10°C) water at 90°F (32.2°C) room temperature and entering water temperature is 80°F (26.7°C).
Float System
Dual mechanical float system controls water level in reservoir. Secondary safety float/valve mechanism activates in case of primary valve failure. Safety system has a manual reset feature.
Electrical
115 Volts, 60 Hz. Compressor HP: 1/20 full load. Amps: TPVPM-1CS FAP 1.2. Removable three wire service cord and polarized plug furnished.
Limited 5 Year Warranty
(Continental limits of the United States and Canada): Five years on the sealed refrigeration system and most component parts. Detailed warranty certificate enclosed with each cooler.
